Club Attire                              

Business casual in the common areas of the 3rd and 4th floors. Designer jeans, without holes, are acceptable. Tee shirts, shorts, hats and athletic wear are not permitted in the dining rooms. Casual dress is acceptable only in the Lobby and the Athletic Facility.
 

Cell Phone / Electronics Use Policy

Mobile devices are prohibited in the common areas of the main Clubhouse. You may use your mobile device for any nonverbal or silent activity. Telephone conversations are allowed in the Lobby and the 3rd and 4th floor phone booths.
 

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted inside the Clubhouse, guest rooms or Athletic Facility. Guests may smoke on the 3rd and 4th floor balconies with the doors closed. Infractions may be subject to a $200 fee.
 

Cancellation Policy

Club Events – The Club requires reservations for all events with fees. All event cancellations must be received two business days prior to the event. No charges will apply for cancellations made before this deadline. For any cancellation received after this deadline the full event charge will be assessed to the Member for their reservation.

Overnight Rooms – Confirmed reservations must be cancelled 48 hours in advance of the check-in time of 4:00 p.m., otherwise a cancellation fee will be charged.

Our privacy policy is simple: We will not collect any personal information about the Member when logged into the site, unless you choose to provide that information to us. We understand and respect the importance of your privacy. The University Club of San Francisco does not collect or use information for commercial marketing.
